Recipes: Cannabis Infused Sandwiches

Sandwiches have come a long way. with amazing combinations, crazy condiments and so many bread choices. The bread is your canvas - have your way with it. Infused sandwiches make indulging at home or on the go super easy, and below are a few of our warm-weather favorites. Remember, sandwiches are only as good as the ingredients, so use the ripest tomatoes and the tastiest berries. Photos by Bruce Wolf.


blt-plus-c-ingredients.jpg1. Place the toast on your work surface. Spread 2 slices with the canna-butter. Spread mayonnaise on all 4 slices. Make sure you have one canna-buttered slice for each sandwich.

2. Place the lettuce on 2 slices of bread. Top with the tomatoes, followed by the bacon. 

3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Top each with the remaining pieces of toast. Cut in half.

2. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter with the canna-oil. Spread the peanut butter on the bottom halves of the biscuit.

3. Place the berries on top of the peanut butter. Drizzle with the honey. Top with the remaining halves and eat.

2. Peel and pit the avocado and mash with the lemon juice.

3. Spread the avocado on the toasted bread slices. Top with the scallion and tomato. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
